Global Reads - The World After Coronavirus
Life is changing. Nothing can mask the feeling of evolution as this global crisis deepens, but what comes next?

Global Reads - The World After Coronavirus

Some of you may remember my regular 'Top 3 Global Reads' selections on LinkedIn - don't worry, they will return at some point!

However, with the current global coronavirus crisis now dominating our everyday lives, I've decided to switch focus for the next few months and provide you with some interesting reading drawn from a few different parts of this massive story.

Yes, there is a whole host of information and background on coronavirus that can at times, I'll admit, seem overwhelming. My selections are aimed at giving you a slightly different perspective.

To kick off this week, I've added some recent stories that look at the 'world after coronavirus.' Nobody has a fully functioning crystal ball, but there are clearly serious implications for the global economy as this crisis evolves. Take a look, I hope these will help our collective understanding of what is happening. Stay safe and I hope we can stay in touch.

The World After Coronavirus

  1. WSJ: Kissinger - Failure to defend and sustain Enlightenment values could set the world on fire.
  2. Caixin: No quick cure for trade post Covid - “The biggest potential risk is uncertainty.”
  3. The Atlantic: Lessons in from wartime economics - the debates that we'll need to have once crisis abates
