Global NRG Advisory and Organix Energy Inc. announce multi-project financing agreement.

London, United Kingdom – April 7, 2023; Global NRG Advisory Limited (Global) and Organix Energy Inc. (Organix) are pleased to announce they have signed a 7-year financing agreement that will see Global advise on the funding of Organix’s pipeline of 10 Renewable Natural Gas (“RNG”) projects in Western Canada.

The first project in BC will process up the dairy manure of 10,000 cows to produce pipeline-quality RNG, and carbon dioxide captured from the process. It is anticipated that the new plant will generate up to 227,500 MMBTU of renewable gas into the local network under a long-term contract. It is envisaged that the Rosedale anaerobic digestion (“AD”) facility is one of a number to be developed by Organix across Canada.

Global and Organix have collectively put forth a strategy to reach the wide-ranging opportunity for low-carbon RNG while providing a solution towards GFG emissions from the organic waste producers in Canada including dairy, hog, poultry and cattle ranches. The Canadian government have set ambitious targets to support extensive large-scale AD to RNG projects. Both Organix and Global are aligned towards supporting the Canada Net Zero by 2050 goal.
