Shaping India’s Future: Our Founder & Chairman?Meets PM Modi

Our Founder & Chairman, Padma Shri awardee Dr. Romesh Wadhwani, and President & CEO, Dr. Ajay Kela met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss scaling the Foundation’s transformative work in skilling, entrepreneurship, innovation & research, and government digital transformation.

Wadhwani Foundation is leading the charge in accelerating change at a national scale through innovative AI-powered initiatives. By partnering with key government ministries, the foundation is deploying Chief-AI Digital Officer teams to develop AI visions and roadmaps for high-impact projects.

Additionally, the foundation is empowering farmers, women, and micro-entrepreneurs with AI-powered content, training programs, and job platforms. Empowering Educators for a Next Gen?of Entrepreneurs in Indonesia

We hosted a transformative three-day Faculty Orientation Program at Gunung Jati Swadaya University, Indonesia. Lecturers engaged in training sessions aimed at integrating entrepreneurial materials into their curriculum and equipping students with the entrepreneurial knowledge and skills needed to excel in today’s competitive job market. Dual?Impact in Brazil: Equipping Students and Universities for the Future?

Our team made waves at both CIAED and Expo CIEE, Brazil's largest youth employment event . At Expo CIEE, students experienced our AI-powered "My Interview Preparer," a free tool that helps them practice and improve their interview skills. We also had the honor of showcasing it to S?o Paulo's Secretary of Education. Simultaneously, at CIAED, we presented our cutting-edge entrepreneurship and employability programs, demonstrating how AI-driven solutions are transforming distance learning and empowering the next generation of professionals and entrepreneurs across Brazil. Our collaboration with Universidad Tecnologica de Hermosillo (UTH). This partnership, formalized during UTH's 26th anniversary, aims to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem and equip students with essential skills for professional success.

Igniting Young Minds to Live that Startup Life

Our Student Startup Summit 2024 in the Philippines was a resounding success, inspiring students to embrace entrepreneurship and tackle real-world challenges. The event co-organized by DICE and Global Shapers Davao Hub featured the launch of our Wadhwani Ignite AI-powered entrepreneurship platform and Campus Ambassador program.

Transforming Ideas into Ventures at BITS PILANI

We partnered with BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus TBI Society (TBIS) to conduct an in-person bootcamp for the shortlisted applicants of Student Entrepreneurs Encouragement Program (SEEP 2.0), a flagship institute-level innovation contest to identify and nurture promising student startup ideas through a six-months' long structured program.?

Our Wadhwani Ignite Bootcamp provided invaluable knowledge and experience to aspiring student entrepreneurs, helping them refine their ideas and take their ventures to the next level.

Additionally, we conducted a transformative 3-day Faculty Orientation Program at Puducherry Technological University, where 25 faculty members from various technical disciplines engaged in collaborative learning and venture-building activities.?Read more here ??

We recently conducted a comprehensive training program for mid- and senior-level officials at the National Telecommunications Institute for Policy Research, Innovation, and Training (NTIPRIT). The program focused on practical applications of AI in decision-making, including computer vision, natural language processing, and no-code tools. Breaking New Ground in X-ray Source Localization: WEL Success Story?

We are thrilled to share a groundbreaking achievement from the Wadhwani Electronics Lab (WEL) at IIT Bombay. The?team has developed a Compton Imaging setup that operates in the hard X-ray energy range, using cutting-edge Cadmium Zinc Telluride (CZT) detectors.
