An essential lesson from his experiences was the significance of co-founder dynamics and pointed out that 50% of startup failures stem from co-founder issues. Omar's message underlined the importance of learning from setbacks and persistently getting back up, ultimately emphasizing the need for passion, dedication, and the right team chemistry in the entrepreneurial world.

She embarked on this journey after a successful startup, driven by a realization that merely aiding the wealthy in getting richer lacked fulfillment. Furthermore, she shared three key lessons for entrepreneurs: the importance of assembling the right team, understanding the importance of perfect timing, and recognizing that in the modern tech world, having a remarkable product is just the beginning – what truly matters is the speed of execution. Moreover, she highlighted a critical aspect that often gets overlooked by entrepreneurs, which is maintaining humility even in the face of success. Sharmin?reminded us that, as founders, experiencing both gains and losses is an inherent part of the entrepreneurial journey, and embracing humility can open doors to continued growth and success.
Followed by Nouman Aziz, GPHR? , a distinguished HR expert with a focus on digital HR transformation and an extensive experience in networking across continents and diverse cultures. Aziz emphasized the importance of learning, relearning, and unlearning to connect with people from different backgrounds and respect their values while bringing your own.
