Today, I want to tell you about a growing movement that will help you, and your employees, learn, grow, and reach their full potential as human beings.

Many of you are fans of the?Love in Action podcast , which has expanded globally. For those who are just being introduced to this growing tribe, a bit of background first because the title may throw you off. Love? Really?

What I found (and why the title)

In all my research and work as an executive coach, organizational consultant, and syndicated columnist, I've gathered evidence and spoken with the world’s top founders, CEOs and leadership experts to discover what makes a truly exceptional leader and what leadership behaviors lend to shaping a great company culture.?

Leaders have an enormous responsibility to take care of people. And in truly human workplaces—those companies that are also profitable and making a mark in their industries—people empowerment, the development of workers, and the building of inclusive and diverse communities of practice show up at every leadership level and run counter to fear, control, bias, inequity, and self-centeredness.?

This is the essence of leadership ‘Love in Action .’ It is what’s prevalent in the employee experience, which carries over to the customer experience to produce extraordinary business outcomes. In practice, love in this sense greatly reduces suffering and anxiety, raises performance, and increases value, loyalty, and trust across the organization.

Love is a verb, not a feeling

Since the word "love" in itself is off-putting in a business context, love in this sense is a verb, not a feeling. It’s packed with pro-social behaviors and positive intent on behalf of serving the needs of all stakeholders, especially employees on the frontlines. Therefore, the podcast mission, which is being spread around the world through powerful conversations with world-renowned luminaries, is plainly stated as this:

“Love in Action is unleashing the human spirit to reach its full potential.”

We invite you to join this global movement . The show?is now heard in 160 countries and is ranked in the top 2% of all podcasts globally. I've had fascinating conversations with luminaries like Ken Blanchard, Dorie Clark, Marshall Goldsmith, Stephen M.R. Covey, and Amy Edmondson.
