In contrast, people without health insurance or those covered by Medicaid are less likely to utilize preventive services and are more often diagnosed with late-stage diseases. Therefore, while preventive programs can benefit everyone, there is a disparity in access and utilization, making these programs more commonly associated with those living luxury lifestyles.
