I am honoured to be part of #GlobalLifeSkillsDay. Today I shared the importance of realising that as unique individuals in a world in crisis, we each experience personal challenges in one way or another. The experience whether it is perceived as good or bad, can enable us to learn, grow and succeed.

By reframing the way we think, do and what we say, we can improve client relations, engagement and the wider community contribute positively to a changing world.
