As part of the job & career development for the healthcare practitioners in Nursing sector, Global Kerja Indonesia had conducted the Nursing Discussion Forum which was established to provide all the information related to the main job description of being a professional Nurse Practitioner.

The main purpose of the program is to provide clear information to become a healthcare professional and improve skills required of Indonesian Nurses such as nursing skills and communication skills to maintain high standard care to the patient and client to prevent any kind of malpractice.

Understanding the triangle of communication component are very crucial during communication.

1. Sender - Able to pass the message to the receiver clearly.
2. Message - The message must deliver in complete form, especially in clinical patient endorsement.
3. Receiver - Accept and acknowledge the message, especially the clinical patient endorsement to avoid any wrong information which will lead to potential high risk of malpractice action during Nursing intervention to the patient.
