Mahendra Itkarkar, Executive Director, Human Resources
Mahendra Itkarkar is currently the Executive Director – Human Resources at Morgan Stanley, spearheading Employee Relations (ER) in India.
Before his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Itkarkar led Employee Relations teams at JP Morgan Chase across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Mauritius. His focus encompassed ER Advisory, Investigations, and Employee Support, alongside offering support to APAC Country ER Advisors on ER matters.

Previously, he served as Senior Manager - Human Resources at Ocwen Financial Solutions, overseeing Site HR, COE, and OD responsibilities across Operations, Technology, and Corporate Functions.

As the Head of Corporate and Client Background Check Operations, he strategized and executed BGV delivery for over 1,45,000 employees across 80+ countries in NAMR, EMEA, Australia, and APAC.
