Global AI course for educators tackles instructional gaps in the classroom

Learning Innovation Catalyst launches global AI course alongside groundbreaking AI teaching assistant

The Learning Innovation Catalyst (LINC) is excited to announce the launch of its global AI Course for Educators. “There is such a hunger right now for educators to better understand AI. It’s exciting. We are committed to AI not just being a tool to do the same things we’ve always done faster and easier. AI should help improve instruction, increase personalization, and support innovative, equitable, learner-centered classrooms,” said LINC co-founder, Jason Green.?

In partnership with the Nevada Department of Education, LINC facilitated one of the nation’s first statewide artificial intelligence (AI) courses. Ninety-seven percent of the participants recommend the course and 98% are trying new practices in the classroom. One Nevada educator said, “I used to hear AI and think that students were using it to cheat on assignments. I have a whole new perspective on it now!! I believe that it can be very useful not only to teachers, but students as well. I'm excited to share with colleagues and students.”?

LINC’s global AI Course for Educators is available now for teachers and leaders around the world. The course focuses on leveraging AI safely, responsibly and effectively. Session topics cover using AI for student engagement, differentiating instruction, reducing workload, and ensuring safe and responsible use.
