I don’t speak from a place of authority, as the trans experience is an individual pursuit. For you see, anyone who wants to be more than they are today, is trans. Let’s drop the sexual for a second as what would the purpose be. We are who we are, each of us growing – yearning to become more. Something better. Different.?

Sure, we all know a cool gurl who we in some way want to emulate but we never, in truth, actually want to be that gurl in her entireity. It’s usually her shoes, or they way she parts her hair. Maybe he’s the star basketball player with a season score chart looking like a galaxy. Jupiter stocks? He got em, you want em. But you don’t want to be everything they are. You want to be you with flair.?

So why we draw these distinctions between people? Trans, black, orange cheeto this that. We’ve all hear it, been a part of it in some way. And I’m calling it out today.?

Our deepest truth is that when we look inward, then outward, we recognize how we are so much the same, and each with a distinctive sparkle. Hollywood flair, those perfect blond locks, maybe it’s your stun voice – that squeak so – oh – so good. It’s the things we love about out selves that are to be celebrated.?

You might not believe but on my journey to fix the world, mine broke and I had to figure out my new North. Does rhis happen to you every few months or so? Good news, you’re absolutely surrounded by others who are experiencing the same thing. Find them huddled next to you, or offer you a blunt from the shadows. Be real with yourself and you’ll find the real real all around you.?

At the risk of ruining my stellar career, I’ll end on this brief note.?
