Glimpses of Exciting Insights from Our Exclusive Evening Unveiling Glion's New Bachelor of Business Administration in Luxury Business!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive event at Phoenicia Intercontinental Hotel, Beirut, dedicated to unveiling the enriching journey of our new Bachelor of Business Administration in Luxury Business at Glion Institute of Higher Education.

Alumni shared their transformative experiences with enthusiastic students.

An informative highlight was a live presentation by our director, Ms. Vana Saade, beaming in from Switzerland. Ms. Saade eloquently illustrated the exceptional programs and vast career avenues awaiting students pursuing a major in luxury business.

The presentation and cocktail were attended by a large spectrum of students from International College, Grand Lycee Franco Libanais, College Protestant Francais, Lycee Montaigne, LWIS City International School, Wellspring Learning Community, American Community School, College Louis Wegmann, Athenee de Beyrouth, Eastwood College, and College Notre dame de Jamhour.

Dany Chatila – BBA (Finance) – currently working as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Real Estate, Dubai - passionately described the wide network of employers and job opportunities that Glion opened for him, emphasizing the cultural diversity on campus. He also spoke about his professors who are industry professionals in the hospitality business and who always made sure to share their experience to the maximum with their students.

Sami Flitti – BBA (Finance) – currently working in the Finance department at Four Seasons, Geneva - discussed how Glion facilitated his employment in one of the best hotel chains in Geneva, emphasizing the extensive global network he has built through his education. He also shared with us how much he benefitted from the rich and diverse courses available.

Cynthia Skaff – BBA (Events) – currently a consultant at Amber Consulting, Lebanon - spoke about how Glion and Les Roches helped her secure a job in one of the best hospitality consulting companies. Despite her junior status, both Glion and Les Roches's reputations played a crucial role in her recruitment process. She also benefitted from the amazing opportunity and completed an exchange semester at our sister university Les Roches Marbella.

Cathaline Sarkis – BBA (Luxury Management) – moving into a master in Luxury - shared her experiences both in and out of class, highlighting the supportive community of friends from diverse backgrounds.

Paul Ackaouy – Entrepreneur & Business Owner - shared invaluable insights into his entrepreneurial journey, drawing from his experiences on campus and his subsequent career choices.

While celebrating our alumni's successes, we couldn't help but miss the presence of former GM Manrique Rodriguez, a Glion alumnus. His passionate speech during our last event has left an indelible mark on the audience inspiring them to reach greater heights.

Thank you to all who made this memorable evening a success, and we look forward to many more inspiring gatherings in the future! #GlionLuxuryBusiness #HospitalityEducation #AlumniSuccess #LuxuryManagement
