06. Getting up from Desk-Top every 15 minutes and Walking within the House.

07. Rising Early at 2.30 am. Praying, Contributing to FR&DA Divine-will Fund, Drinking Warm Water and during 'Brahma Muhurta' Writing 'Divine Revelations' taking Turmeric Milk without Sugar.

08. Writing 'Achievements of Yesterday & Plan of Action for the Day'.

09. Contemplating, Reading and Writing whenever possible.

10. Yoga, Physical Exercises, Meditation & Walking inside the House.

11. Gardening & Watering Plants, Housekeeping, Washing Dishes & Clothes, Bath & Prayers.

12. Cooking, Breakfast of Rice Kanji with Curds but without Salt etc.. & Fruits

13. Social Media, News & attend Spiritual Session on Advaita Vedanta's Oneness

14. Regular FR&DA Works and Office Matters.

15. Lunch of Vegetable Sambhar Rice (mild with minimum salt, chillies, masala, tamarind & oil) and Curd Rice, Fruits but No Sweets.

16. Afternoon Nap, Drink Warm Water, Refresh and Continue Office Works.

17. Evening Prayers, Milk without Sugar (Coffee with Sugar suspended indefinitely).

18. Attend Spiritual Webinar, News, Dinner of Plain Curd Rice avoiding Salt or Pickles, Fruits but definitely No Sweets (suspended indefinitely).

19. Read, Write, Contemplate, Meditate, Pray and Sleep by 9.30 pm.

That existence as supreme consciousness created as divine universal entities;

Each with a role, purpose and destination God alone knows,

Consolidating which, giant strides of evolutionary exuberance pervade the universe.

Laying triumphs and victories at the feet of Almighty God,

Unmindful of the struggles and sacrifices one continues God’s mission,

Instilling values of righteousness, truth and love ruling universe eternally;

The greatest of achievements is the control of all senses,

One is seamlessly transported and elevated to realms of God.

Switchover is simple; whatever we do is in God’s name,

We do our best always, uncompromising in quality and intensity;

AS ONE CALMLY STABILIZES WITHIN, DIVINITY TAKES-OVER       

As we devotedly traverse deep within ourselves calmly and steadily,

We discover the presence of something aesthetic and euphoric inside,

Which we realize is the Divinity that’s all-over us inside-out.

As we calmly stabilize ourselves, Divinity takes-over our entire life,

Caring for us, blessing and guiding us in all aspects;

Merging our little speck with His mighty oceanic existential space,

Into His supreme consciousness in Divine-Universe of love and happiness,

Empowering us to always act righteously abiding by divine truth,

Enabling us to desire only the divinity’s vision of life,

Ever nurturing Him in thoughts, words and deeds living naturally,

Carrying out all humane duties that sustain our daily lives,

Serving self, family, neighborhood, community and society at large dedicatedly,
