As the number of workers that are entering the job market decreases and the life expectancy steadily rises, businesses are starting to place a focus on retaining their older workforce. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, about 60% of the workplace will be comprised of employees ages of 65 and up during the 2020-30 time period.
