Meet Teona D’cruz to know more about ?the Network Development team and some of her favourite moments at GLG.

1.?Tell me about your role and what is it about your job and GLG that keeps you motivated and engaged?

I work as a Senior Associate in the Network development team in Mumbai where I’m responsible for finding and connecting relevant subject matter experts based on the client requirements to help them with insights for their project.

The opportunity to connect and interact with experts across different domains keeps me motivated. I also have a strong interest in problem solving. Through my role, I get a chance to work and serve challenging and critical requests.

2.?Please share one of your favourite GLG moments that helps showcase GLG Culture and environment. I really appreciate the Diversity network groups we have at GLG which I think is so unique and creates a sense of belonging. I joined the Womens+ Network and one of my favourite moments was my first Women’s Day at GLG. Our Mumbai office Womens+ network members hosted a virtual luncheon and it was such a good time to bond, interact and listen to fellow GLGers about their experiences. I honestly felt empowered and really connected. It was just such a good medium to just be there and support each other. I’m thankful that GLG created a platform for such an experience.
