My team and I use this approach on each and every escrow transaction; utilizing different techniques, technology, and personal service to create our masterpiece - a successfully closed escrow! Providing clients with an outstanding escrow experience is our first priority. Customer Service is the backbone of any successful organization and having worked in the service industry my entire life, we understand that there is nothing more important at the end of the day than a happy client.
What makes for a great escrow experience? Aside from performing the basic functions of an Escrow Officer, using a palette of tools to provide the best service possible. Communication, Kindness, , and Building Trust.
COMMUNICATION |?My role as Escrow Officer is to provide clear, concise, neutral, and transparent communication to all parties. I personally introduce myself to Buyers and Sellers via phone as well as following up with a?comprehensive introductory letter sent out by e-mail. I am always accessible to you and your clients 24/7/365 - by phone, e-mail, or mobile - and of course, in person during office hours.
KINDNESS |?Kindness matters. I take great pride in being a touchstone for your clients - assisting with any questions or concerns that may arise during the course of our transaction. I understand that Buyers and Sellers do not engage in escrow transactions on a daily basis and the stress that it involves. Being kind, patient, and understanding provides your clients with peace of mind knowing that I am on their team and here to help in any way I can.
RESPECT |?Time is valuable to you and your clients and I respect that when a question or need is presented, a timely response is appreciated. Being of the "instant gratification" type, I make it a priority to reply to all calls and e-mails within the hour with which they are received.
