Hi Aken cheung, I am Devisri Eriki, i am a research scholar working on Memory design, can you help me of getting information and what are the advanced methods to find out how much energy is required for write/ erase of 1Mb, GB, TB of data in DRAM, Flash memory using Rolf Launder theory for fundamental limit of write/ erase 1 Bit of data. At the same time can you suggest recent journal articles and books related to above mentioned.
