That's a great photo Colleen!!! My opinion is "yes", I've experienced it over and over again. The fundamental issue I believe is that men are assumed to be capable while women need to prove that they are capable. What I am seeing though is women more then ever are saying enough is enough if you don't recognize my talent I'll run my own company. Ten or more years from now it will be interesting to see what the demographics are in the C-suite at various companies.
