Glass Bottle Industry Insights

Medical Glass Bottles: The primary raw materials include quartz sand, feldspar or aluminum hydroxide, and borax. Known for its strong chemical stability, these bottles do not adsorb drugs, are easy to seal, impermeable, and impervious to moisture. Some products are designed to be lightproof, ensuring the stability and efficacy of drugs.

Cosmetic Glass Bottles: Composed primarily of quartz powder, limestone, soda ash, boric acid, barium sulfate, saltpeter, zinc oxide, etc. Lead-free and non-toxic, these bottles offer high barrier properties. Featuring excellent corrosion and acid resistance, they boast a high-end appearance, providing a distinctive packaging advantage in the cosmetics industry.

Sauce Glass Bottles: Made from quartz sand, borax, borax, barium sulfate, dolomite, etc. Lightweight with high yield, these bottles contain no carbon materials and are lead-free and harmless. Transparent for observing food, they are easy to disinfect and sterilize, exhibit good storage performance, and are suitable for long-term storage of oil, vinegar, and other fat-soluble organic compounds.

Champagne Bottles: Produced mainly using quartz sand, limestone, calcite, zinc oxide, and other materials. Due to champagne being a sparkling wine requiring pressure resistance up to 6 atmospheres, there are stringent quality standards for production. The concave bottom design enhances bottle stability, while the long and slender neck design minimizes air intake, extending the shelf life and facilitating the filtration of sediments. Standard capacity is 750ml.
