Glad you proved them wrong..

Here is to one of the greatest human beings. for whom I have utmost respect.

Thanks for teaching some of the most valuable lessons.

• Your shareholders told you to sell the company as you can’t. millions of people are glad you proved them wrong. Don't give a **** what people think/say. Self-confidence is the greatest source of motivation. Lessons Learnt and Implemented
• Initial years in Wipro @ cafeteria in SJP saw you standing in the queue, buying the coupon, and having lunch, with any of the employee, wherever you can find a seat. Simple living. Very tough, learnt it early enough from my dad. Lessons Learnt and still trying to implement.
• Having a great time rafting @Kaveri and wanting to go back again. Be Young at heart and spending time with loved ones. Lessons Learnt and Partially Implemented (Young always, spending time in progress)
• Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong. No matter what and who. Have a principle even if it means, slowing you down. Lessons Learnt and Implemented
• Have a heart, had heard of folks who have decided to do good for the underprivileged, but saw someone do it at scale. Lessons Learnt and nowhere close to doing good.
• Accepting mistakes, in an open forum yourself appraisal was a learning event. Lessons Learnt implementation in progress.
• Competition is with yesterday's self. Lessons learnt and implemented.

@AHP is the only person I felt proud calling Sir in my entire professional career. Thanks for accepting the challenge and establishing a culture. You were and are the well-established transformation leader for business, philanthropy, digital, life. the list goes on. You have been a great inspiration.
