Giving Thanks to HRNCIR Construction

To start off, I want to thank HRNCIR construction for allowing me the opportunity to complete this internship. To say it was a blessing, is an understatement, I’ve learned more through my time here then I could have ever imagined. There were some great lessons about this industry and the work it takes to be successful. I also learned some valuable life lessons along the way. One of them being that sometimes things aren’t gonna go your way, and that's a part of life as well. This is something that will always be a factor in your life and you’re responsible for how it plays a role. Another lesson that was learned is that you can never ask enough questions, you will never know the answer if you don’t ask questions. Instead of learning lessons the hard way be proactive about it and instead of looking one step ahead try to think three or four steps instead. Little lessons like these can’t be learned through reading a textbook, in my opinion. It takes experiences to build up that knowledge and for you to implement it into your work in the future. After completing this internship I feel that I not only gained experience but I grew as a person and it really helped push me out of my comfort zone. Making it easier to be comfortable being uncomfortable, which is something that everyone needs to look for in a job or internship. You can never grow if you stay stagnant in your life. You must grow to be successful and this is not something that comes easy and if it did everyone would be doing it. Last but not least, it taught me that having a great work ethic will take you a long way and will always be valued by your peers. Once again thank you HRNCIR Construction for allowing me this opportunity and can't wait to see what the future holds.
