Happy Tuesday!
Yesterday Canadians celebrated Thanksgiving and I thought it would be a good idea to remind you about?the importance of being grateful.
Did you know that you cannot be in a negative emotional state when you are focused on being thankful?
It can be truly life changing if you cultivate the habit of giving thanks throughout the year.
Isn’t it true that we constantly strive for more, more and more? Let’s commit to stop and reflect regularly on how far we have come and all the things we can be grateful for.
Just think for a moment about what you have in your life right now that money cannot buy – here are a few examples:
If you want to establish this new gratefulness habit, I suggest that you start your day by listing a few people, situations or things that you grateful for.
There are more things than you may think. You want to make sure to be focused on what you have rather than what you lack. If you have never done that, it may sound weird but give it a try and see where it will take you.
Today I have a special request for you:
If you are a subscriber to my daily blog (if you aren't, consider to become one) and if you find my messages beneficial, please copy the following link and send it to at least 3 people you really care about. Explain how these messages have benefited you and encourage them to subscribe. If my daily messages have helped you, please allow others to benefit from them as well.
If we change our perspective, we change our life.

Why not give thanks for the little things in life? This is one of them! Take action now.
I would like to thank YOU for showing up with the willingness to learn and to grow. YOU inspire me every day to be creative and at my very best.
To all my Canadian readers:
I hope you had a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend. If you are grateful for what you have, you will find more things to be grateful for.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
What do you give your attention to? The things you have or the things that you don’t have?
