Giving people money is no the answer.

We must have a support program that helps people develop their job skills and learn how to run a business, they must learn how to handle their finances better and truly understand how to spend and save their money. America has spend to much time making sure that the people that were born here don't have an opportunity to own their own businesses. Most of our businesses nationally are owned by people that were not born here! They are encouraged, supported and helped in many ways to start and run a business. This has always been America's goal. We as Americans have always been taught to be worker. Our citizens must be educated to own their own businesses and trained to do a great job at it from their elementary education and all the way up!
