My older brother did close to 8 years in prison but I don't think there was much real rehabilitation. He went back to school while he was incarcerated and got his diploma, he took up carpentry, plumbing and a few other things to make time go by.

He was released in 2014. He was dropped off at a greyhound station when he was released. He had an all gray on sweatsuit on. I was bigger than him now. We smiled and hugged each other. I haven't seen him since I was 13. I was 21 when he got out. I've made numerous attempts to go see him but there would always be an issue when I got there.

One thing I noticed is that he had a hard time doing almost everything. It was an uphill battle for him to even get his ID. I remember coming over and walking into his room and I saw him wiping tears. He told me

"it was easier to live in there than out here. If I am having a bad day, I don't have to leave the cell. If someone disrespects me, we'd handle it with violence. Everything had structure"

Mentally my brother was still 21, maybe younger. Even though he got his diploma and these other certificates, he never worked on himself mentally. He never felt fulfilled at a job.

11/23/2017 this was Thanksgiving and also my brothers birthday. The last picture With all of my siblings. me on the left, younger sis next to me, My older brother in the middle, younger brother next to him and older sister far right.

Ex cons are the only people you can legally discriminate against and this post isn't to say if thats right or wrong. You can pay your debt to society and still have that stain on you. I don't know, Maybe it's a good thing because If I were looking to hire you that'd give me insight to what to expect or if I wanted an apartment, it's important to know who lives next door. I see both sides.

2022 we were looking at going into business together. I was excited to tell him about the opportunity with baby boomers retiring. We were looking at doing a roll up. I wanted to buy a simple business where it was boring, made good money and it would be easy to find employees for. We decided on tire shops and found one here in Atlanta where the owner was in his 80s and ready to retire. The shop had been around for 50 years and was in the same location for 20+ years. My brother was going to work in the business and I was going to focus on finding more tire shops for the roll up. We couldn't come to terms with the seller and a month later my brother moved back to Ohio.

February 20, 2023 I got a call at 3am in the morning. My sister called to tell me that my brother was shot. I could hear my mom bawling in the background. I got over there as quick as I could to console my mother and younger sister. I remember she kept saying "My baby". He was dead at the scene. He was shot in his back 5x. The gunman turned himself in and plead self defense. Apparently there was a fight and my brother got the best of the gunman. He turned around to walk away and was shot. The guy was charged with having a gun as a convicted felon and pled out to 7 years I believe. He's been in there a year and will probably be out within 3 years.

There were many times where my brother said "I've got nothing to lose". Or when he would let his anger get the best of him and say "i'm not afraid to go back." In reality, he had son who graduated 4 months after he was shot. That son had a daughter weeks after graduating high school. He had a daughter graduating the next year. He had a 5 year old autistic son that only spoke to him. He had a daughter who was a few weeks away from turning 3 but he had "nothing to lose".

I figured most crimes are done out of anger, greed or when we think we have nothing to lose. Because of this I want to donate my book to 20,000 people in the next 6 months. I want to donate 10,000 books to prisons so that they can come out and build themselves up financially and feel like they have something to lose. I cant just donate to those getting their lives back on track. I want to give to those who are in college and working towards their goals as well. so I want to give another 10,000 to college students.

The moment you turn 18 and are headed to college you get mail from capital one and discover. I hear most parents tell their children to cut up all credit cards instead of adding them as an authorized user and showing them how to use it responsibly, so that by the time they get to college they get more favorable offers and know how to manage money.

In the book I go over how to get $100k to $150k in business funding. I walk you through setting up a business the correct way, credit, building relationships with your banks. How to build your credit so that banks want to lend you money. This book is also for those future real estate investors who want to get into real estate but not use any of their own money.

I also go over how to get access to this type of funding the day after getting your LLC. You can use the funds to start a business or fund an LLC and use it as an SPV(Special Purpose Vehicle) and buy a business under the LLC that way you aren't liable personally for the business you bought.

Here is where you come in at...

When you buy 1 copy of my book. I will donate 2 copies. 1 to a prison and 1 to a college. If this is something you'd like to support you can purchase a copy here . If not, you can do something that doesn't cost you anything. Like, Share, Comment on this post so it can reach more people. Doesn't have to be a long comment just an emoji helps.

Thanks in Advance,
