Give yourself the Gift of Health

What we put into our mind, over and over, becomes a reality.

And lest many people say, "I don't watch television," if you're online, you do get hit with some of the same messaging designed to convince you that you have a need for the latest and greatest fix.

Granted, some medication is necessary but when you look at the fact that the majority of commercials today are either fast food ads followed by a medication to fix the very thing the fast food consumption created... well...

If you watch YouTube, I can assure you, you are being bombarded with many of the same ads that you may not consciously be paying attention to, but it's going into your subconscious.

Awareness of a situation is the first step in minimizing the impact.

More today than ever before, we must be proactive in getting to our healthiest self. There are many, many things that can be done.

Take control of your health by being aware what is trying to seep in. Eat healthy ... and yes, I will say a diet void of animal and dairy because energetically, what you consume, is a part of who you are.

  • Exercise in whatever way works for your schedule and your current health.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Meditate at least 10 - 20 minutes a day
  • Focus on what is working in your life... yes, a gratitude list
  • Surround yourself with that which makes you feel joyful.
  • Most of all, be as fully present as possible.
