Give Yourself a Competitive Advantage with New Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Program
One of the central missions of our time is to differentiate REALTORS? from real estate licensees who haven’t made professionalism their hallmark.
I am extremely proud and excited about the launch of the new Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program. It enables REALTORS? to evaluate, enhance and showcase their level of expertise and generate a plan that leads to a C2EX endorsement they can promote to agents, peers, clients and prospects. It’s not a course or designation. It’s a web-based tool—at no additional cost to NAR members.
Although achieving the C2EX endorsement isn’t a requirement for retaining membership, I urge all REALTORS? to participate in this innovative program. Start by logging in to www.C2EX.realtor and taking the self-assessment that measures your proficiency in 10 competencies of professionalism (11 for brokers) known as the C2EX Competencies. Based on your results, the platform will generate customized learning paths, recommend experiences, and provide resources to increase your knowledge and enhance your skills.
Imagine a future in which all REALTORS? join in this self-directed journey. A future in which consumers know that “REALTOR?” doesn’t just mean real estate agent or broker, it means “real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS?.” A future in which consumers can see the REALTORS? Code of Ethics in action. A future in which consumers understand that REALTORS? are a step above the rest in their knowledge, skills, and ability to serve their clients’ interest.
Let’s work together to be advocates for the future of this industry. Let’s work together to be committed to excellence.
Advancing the future of civilizations while empowering the workforce for tomorrow.
6 年I think it’s great that NAR is trying something new. I think using the SCORM standard is a big step backwards with the innovation taking place in professional development. Take a look at xapi as the new standard moving into the future, especially if NAR wants to lead the industry and other associations in professional development.

6 年We discussed it and gave the program a run through during our sales meeting today. The REALTORS all found it interesting and something they would spend time further exploring. I really think this can become an educational staple
