"Poor customer service" is the top-rated factor that contributes to a bad shopper experience per the Salesforce report, but how many brands/retailers prioritize "customer service"? Or they say they value "customer service," but how do they train and enable their associates to provide excellent customer service? While shoppers are buying products, it is the surrounding processes that convert and retain them into loyal customers.
