When is the best time?
Perhaps while your valuations Manager is assessing the trade in. Besides getting your Prospect out of earshot of any possible negative comment about his old jalopy, it takes the Customer’s mind away from focusing on the valuation.
Making them feel good about buying a car from you & your Dealership, builds Customer confidence that he is making the correct buying choice.
