This article from Forbes is reporting on a new survey that found that 90% of the employers surveyed are allowing some variation of hybrid work and only 4% of companies are requiring all employees to return to the office full-time. The data makes it clear that employees are enjoying the flexibility, which means that companies will need to evolve their practices, policies and platforms. We believe that companies who evolve will see major benefits -- higher productivity, higher engagement, and a more collaborative and supportive culture.
