Give more cheese
This is Luigi’s, a kick ass Italian joint in Akron, OH. If you say “Luigi’s†people will often make reference to their delicious side salads. What makes them so reference able and delicious? You can probably see why. They absolutely load the salad up with mozzarella cheese. Like almost to the level of hyperbole. Why do they do this? Well, because the customers love it. I mean, people love cheese, right? So if you consistently pile it on a salad, you’re going to start to make a name for your salads and your restaurant. Now, don’t get me wrong, everything else (at least the food I’ve had) is still really solid and Luigi’s does a lot of great stuff. But this cheese on the salad thing is kind of Akron lore. Which brings me to my point. What do you do that people love? As a person, as a product, as an organization? Can you do more of that? Can you give more of that? Can you be more of that? In doing that, you might be able to make something ordinary, like a salad, something extraordinary, like a Luigi’s salad. Want to level up? Give more cheese.
