Were you thinking money!?
Well, I have time on my mind. I recently spent three days with our leadership team. What that actually turned into was 12 hours of serious meeting time, the rest was sleep, regular day-to-day work, and a little fun stuff. It is absolutely true that teams can accomplish great things. It sure was in this case. I am so proud of our team.
We heard great ideas, and in some cases drew up new policies on the spot for immediate implementation. We discussed what is working and what is not working and how to change the non-working things. I can't help thinking of what we can accomplish. Our goals are huge! We have a lot of really great people to help. I have so much confidence in our entire team that I already see the success. I am so confident that I do not see the barriers, issues, and problems we will encounter. I already see the success. We didn't solve every problem - there will always be problems - but we solved some good ones. Stay tuned for more about our success, because it is coming.
I can't help but wonder what more we could have accomplished with just a little bit more time.
