The most important thing to pursue in life is giving back.

You have got to live for free.

To give back, I choose to donate whole blood.

After a long campaign, I'm happy to be donating my 164th pint of blood which equals 20+ gallons of blood. This is one way I serve my country and my peers.

I look forward to my next goal of 25 gallons.
