Girl power of PREVAC Science Sales Team.
On 8th March we celebrate?Women's Day all over the world ??. 26% of the PREVAC's employees are women and you can find them in each of the company departments.
This time we would like to present to you the female part of the Science Sales Team - Iwona, Kinga and Agata. Apart from the duties typical for the salesperson, they are also responsible for the preparation of customized solutions of the UHV apparatus meeting customer’s needs.
Iwona has joined the PREVAC sales team almost 14 years ago, currently working as a Senior Technical and Sales Advisor. She finished her MSc studies at Technical University in Wroc?aw, where she specialized in bioorganic chemistry.?In 2019, she became an Implementation Ph.D. student at the Silesian University of Technology. She is responsible for the markets of northern and western Europe, the USA, Israel and Japan. After work, she loves hiking, scent work training with her dogs and cultivating Japanese culture.
Agata obtained an engineering degree in Industrial and Engineering Chemistry at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and a master's degree in Accounting and Controlling at the University of Economics in Krakow. She started working in PREVAC in 2017. From the beginning, she has been associated with the customer sales department. Over the years, she has worked with clients and representatives from various countries, currently, she deals mainly with the German-speaking markets. Privately, she is a mother of two kids. "I appreciate very much in my work that by offering me a great opportunity for professional development, it leaves me a lot of space for achieving my private, non-professional goals and dreams," says Agata.

Kinga has been working for the company for two years. She graduated from the chemistry department at the University of Opole with an MSc degree in chemistry. "I met wonderful people here who helped me start a fascinating adventure with the world of vacuum technology. This work gives me the opportunity to develop, broaden my horizons, but also test my character in difficult situations" she says. Privately, Kinga likes to spend time with her family, visiting interesting places, and getting to know new tastes. She is also happy to hide in the privacy of her home with an interesting book.
