The gifts of my ‘plus’ daughters - Family QoL
17,5 years ago Koen and I decided to continue our life journey 'TOGETHER' ...
we committed ourselves to grow in unconditional 'Co-creative' Love ;-)
?
And with this decision ... I got 2 beautiful ‘plus’-daughters ...
Today we even have an extra ‘plus’ son-in-law + a ‘plus’ grandson = a BIG beautiful family !
?
And only now do I realise ... that I have always dreamt of this! A family!
?
At the same time, I see now that the ‘journey’ in creating and believing that dream ... was a wonderful road with many detours, great life experiences and many life lessons that happened 'for' me ...
Life is lived forwards and understood backwards ... for me, this quote resonates a lot !
For me, this reflection exercise really adds value to my life - how do I do this ?
I feel that by incorporating these very conscious re-connection moments, I become 'more myself' over time.
I believe that every person I 'reconnect' with makes me a little more aware of my own conscious authentic 'value'.
?I want to share a wonderful recent example with you:

Both my plus daughters gave me back a piece of myself (mirror) during these 5 connecting days here in la Bella Italia that we enJOYed together !
?
One is very spontaneous, extroverted, perhaps many of us 'see' her as 'impulsive'. She inspires me tremendously ! She has a very clear vision and dances through life ... has a lot of fun and doesn't 'care' about what other people say about her or what judgment forms around her ...
Did we (as parents) sometimes had the impression from a distance (she lives in Dubai and Paris – we in Italy) that she moved through life very 'unconsciously' and 'unwisely'... however, nothing is what it seems! She is a beautiful brave soul who sees and experiences life as 1 big playground and experiments with her 'freedom'.

Heidi, just share very spontaneously in the flowww ... those are the best 'sharings' for me too (she has 200K followers on Instagram)! And if something doesn't work or doesn't make you happy anymore … then move on … follow the ‘JOY’ !
While the other plus-daughter, with a more withdrawn personality, more 'controlled' perhaps, very diplomatic with a very clear more 'socially accepted' outlook on life : business - home - family - children ... mirrored to me that in my unconscious moments I still like to 'know in advance what is coming - control the how?' of my adventurous movements ... and that sometimes I still 'irritate' myself with my 'stupiditiy' or my 'procrastination'... or that I don't 'make time or space' for the things that really matter.
Are these still some unconscious traces of hidden Perfectionism tendencies? ... pleasing behaviour? ... which trigger crazy unconscious underlying thoughts such as :
'Can I really Authentically share the process ‘self’ with my ‘audience’?
Can I really be the student of life AND the sharing experience lady at the same time, coming from that spontaneous Enthousiasmos energy field that I AM ?
A tip from this plus daughter ... don't think so much about the 'added value' you want to bring ... what most people want is ... a deep connecting moment of JOY !

LIFE is full of these magical unconditional 'co-creative' gifts of LOVE … when we are open to receive them … ?
Soooooo grateful for the Enthousiasmos unconditional love energy field we SHARE in our family!
We are all SOOOOOO uniquely divers !!!
AND at the same time we CAN co-create so much FUN together
AND we En-JOY so much to openly spontaneously share, learn and grow with each other because of that unconditional LOVE field we have all created together coming from that focus of JOY !
Unconditional love ... 3 generations ... sharing & caring ... with FUN as the main 'driver' ... Family Co-Creative Quali-Time!

I now go for JOY with my little ones after a lot of JOY of co-creating with our Dynamic Collaboration group and a feeling that I'm advancing personally and professionally in the way that I intended this summer (in Italy :-)) Thank you for YOU Heidi Enthousiasmos!!!
