Gifting Leadership...For Those Who Want to Lead More.

Gifting Leadership...For Those Who Want to Lead More.

However you lead, for your team, your business, an organization, you probably would admit there is always room for learning, growing, and sharing with others. You have a gift for leadership which includes many skills, behaviors, and insights.

This newsletter is a place to learn, grow and share. I hope you will read the brief articles, share your questions and insights, and find a place to inspire others.

Gifting leadership is a place for leaders to learn, grow, and share.

How we view leadership is very personal, yet sharing, no matter what stage you think your leadership lives, provides new insights, new opportunities to practice skills, and what I believe is most important…you gift to others.

I am not talking here about managing people, though that may be your role. Are you leading a team? Are you a leader in your industry? Are you the leader within an organization or on a board for a nonprofit?

Gifting leadership is using your leadership to help ideas, initiatives, businesses, and more to grow. It is also a proactive, willingness to help others to grow in their own leadership.

The Gifting Leadership newsletter offers you a simple read to learn, grow in new ways, and share your skills, behaviors, and resources with others.

I hope you will give me the topics you want for the newsletter’s focus, but also, I hope you will share in the comments your resources for good books to read, upcoming events or workshops, and more. Just put these in your comments or send them on to me: [email protected].

I look forward to getting to know you! Watch for our first topic…Negotiating Better in 2025!
