The gift of imperfection

The gift of imperfection

I am letting go of exhaustion as a status symbol

You want to read this to the end

I want you to accept the Gift of imperfections on your journey to building a healthy and happy body

First, I want to say a Happy New month?

And also acknowledge that it has been a while

Buh I am back and I have a lot of exciting things in store for you, and I know you would love it is

If you are here then there are a lot of ways you can get the most from being here,?

A community-focused fitness and wellness program that enhances physical health and promotes a positive self-image and holistic well-being, removes overwhelm and loneliness from the fitness and health journey of individuals?

For so long the focus has been on weight loss, meal plans, leg days, and upper body days, and nobody seems to be getting healthier or feeling better in their body

If changing your body size was all you needed to feel strong, health, and happy the the weight loss industry would be far gone by now

But it is not

Think about how many years you have been trying to get the perfect diet,?

Think about all the the times you put in the work and after a while became exhausted by all the work you had to do to stay in shape

Then you decided to take a little break and then gained all the weight back

Now you are dreading going back to that lifestyle

The fitness lifestyle is not all the media has portrayed it to be

Think about how lonely you feel in your journey

How all the conflicting information does more harm than good

Fitness is not that complicated, but we keep approaching from the point of helplessness?

It is more about compromises than sacrifice, it is not sacrificing the food you love

It is not about sacrificing your taste board

It is not about 10,000 steps every

It is not about pointless exercises that are too painful and make you dread the name exercise

It is not about our many calories you burn

It is about choosing what is best for you, according to your goals, and making sure that goal means something to you and not just what somebody else say fitness goal should be or look like

Think about the life you want and how does your health, fitness and wellness play into that?

A healthy lifestyle is about how you show up for yourself, your family, work, relationships, and your spirituality

And you may wonder what fitness has to do with any of this

Think about the time you were ill and how these areas of your life were affected

Or about how your body size prevents you from being about to enjoy certain privileges

Like walking

Running

Working

Playing with children?

Exercising

Praying

Focusing

Energy levels

Body strength

These are privileges, if you get to do them effortlessly

If you have encountered any of these problems below then jumping into a stricter diet, or pointless exercise routine will not solve the problem, and it will not be tha last of it?
