Marketing is all about building relationships, but some companies tend to go silent for long periods. Then, when you finally have a big announcement, a helpful idea, or a new offering, there's no one around to listen.

Building those relationships happens through techniques like a monthly e-newsletter and a regular social media post that includes an engaging video. In addition, you may design promotions uniquely tailored to segments of your audience to show that you know what's important to them.

We get that it's more comfortable to play ghost. It takes little effort, and it's cozy hiding under that sheet. But it's not growing your business.
