The Ghost of Demonetisation

The Ghost of Demonetisation

No, I'm not against, nor for "demonetisation"; for its still beyond my understanding as to how much good it will do, and to whom. But I can clearly see the damage its done to people like ourselves who even get paid their salaries after paying up the soaring taxes and then spend the rest of the entire month paying further taxes on each breath we take!

God-damn-you government, damn the system and damn the bloody politicians, I don't give two hoots as to who hoarded #blackmoney, for we're never going to find that out, ever. Considering the same people who thump and beat their chests about running this country into the god-forsaken "#AccheDin" are the ones that are providing safe passage, and embarrassment-free protection to these #hoarders, of their deeds (as if some bloody saints they are); you think you'd ever know where the real #blackmoney is!? Do you really expect to get it back??

Yes, small players, shopkeepers, mid-size businesses keep cash, and run on cash, because they NEED TO! You know why a normal salaried person pays over 30-40% in taxes from his hard earned money, each damned month!? Its because he doesn't have a "CHOICE". He's made to and extorted from, a ridiculous sum of money in the name of taxes by the freaks who enjoy on this money, our money, our blood and sweat!

Banning cash-flow in an economy predominantly running and dependent upon it, is the most ridiculous move administration can make, and do it in this pathetic, unplanned and disgustingly rogue manner is just not what is expected from a spotlight hogging "so-called" government of this country.

Delivering inspiring speeches, and requesting 50 days was not the precedence set forth when the decision to ban the high denomination bills was taken. And yet, here we are; the banks are clogged, the ATMs down, the retail industry gone for a toss since nobody would accept the #new bills released by the government (special security features my foot), and the old one's ain't worth shite!

So what do we do now?? Wait, wait for it, give the government 50 days more and feed your children rice-malt, and thin air. The transportation authority has already pulled off since their whole business that was dependent upon cash (travel, rentals, commute, diesel, toll-tax, and of course the illegal extortion at each border through the country) has taken a hit, and they don't have the cash to follow through. No milk, no eggs, no bread, no groceries, no clean water, no meat (well that's not even a concern since #MeatBan is already in fashion).

So let's take a moment, and reassess the situation here, shall we? Who are the people that are "actually" affected by this move, who do you see standing in queues outside the banks and ATMs? Do you see your prominent next door neighbour who has a Ferrari, or a garage full of pompous cars, bungalows, jewellery, or anything remotely related to the "rich and blessed" clan? Do you see the jewellers lining up? The politicians, the cops, the high profile businessmen? Do you see #Ambani and #Adani, or the #filmstars lining up to pull out or put in their own money?? Do you see #Congress, #AAP, #BJP, #RSS, #BSP, #SP or any other political party alarmed and running from pillar to post yet?

The answer, you guessed it, is NO! The only people lining up and crashing down are the normal people who know even after having already paid ridiculous amount of taxes, their hard earned money has been termed as useless, and it's them that deal in cash, on a daily basis. It's them who need to flip a 500/1000 bill each time someone offers it, to check its authenticity. And what do we have here? New bills, never before seen, never before heard of, (selfie camera, security features like GPS, gorilla corning glass, and a steamy hot POV of Sunny Leone, just for the kicks, yo!). Itni mehnat ke baad, itna to banta hai boss! :)

Oh btw, the new bills have already been forged as well and are doing rounds across the market. ATMs (few) around the city have been dispensing crappy bills, or bills tagged with a half of paper (imagine next time getting a 500 rupee note and find one half of it to be a plane white paper), now that's funny! I'm not laughing. No, “mere ghar mein shaadi nahin hai, aur fir bhi meri jeb mein paisa nahin hai #Modi ji. Mujhe hansi nahin aa rahi hai.”

Is this the level of your planning as a government that you couldn't figure out the ATMs needed calibration for the new bills, or that the new bills may already be forged, or syphoned/tampered with, or that the new bills would not be accepted across the retail industry simply because nobody trusts them, nor do they wish to take a chance of being duped for it? If this is your planning commission, your think-tank, your wisdom pool, then you have no right to take national level decisions to disrupt the peace, and the daily living of the people of this nation, that aren’t hoarding #blackmoney but their own, which they saved giving their blood and sweat. And where did these new #fake 2000 rupee bills come in from already?? How do these #frauds know about the new bills being launched, and most importantly, how the hell did they acquire the same inks as sported by the new bills, to develop a #counterfeit!?? Someone, somewhere leaked the news, and not just that, but also helped them acquire the real inks, color values, structure and designs of the new bills too!? Something fishy, eh? #SmellyCat, what are they feeding you?? :)

Spare us, please. We're already suffering, by your goons, the pseudo-nationalists, the #blackmoney, the tax evaders, the religious freaks, the so-called #dhongi #babas and the bloody #Yoga clan!

A #Ramdev makes 1600 crore in 7 years and nobody questions him, Adanis become the biggest industrialist in the country and no one bats an eye. Ambanis launch and highjack the telecom industry across the country and not an eyebrow raised, and just when the elections are around the corner in UP and Punjab, your speeches have started ranting back till 60-65 years on how #Nehru ruined us, yet #Sir, your so-called plans of fixing us good, aren't turning out to be so well-thought-through either. Who are we to trust??? How many more days for the #AccheDin?? And moreover, #AccheDin for who?? Ambanis are getting richer, so are the Adanis, Ramdev ki dukaan daud rahi hai, aur aam aadmi, abhi bhi footpath par hi so raha hai. Bullet trains aren't the “New-World-Order”, belly-full food, education and opportunities are, My Lord.

And will somebody bring that bastard #Mallya back!? Why the hell does he get to wipe his sweat off my Countrymen's hard-paid tax money!??? WHY!???

The real #Blackmoney is hoarded outside the country, in electronic and plastics, and is way more than the #petty #change hidden in the country. No, I'm not saying there shouldn't be a crack-down at the internal hoarding but in doing so, please, I beg of you, please don't make the common man of this country suffer, they've suffered enough. For years, decades, faces have changed, governments and officials have changed, dandling a new carrot in their faces each time they did, yet, the donkey is still standing, working his butt off and hungry now. It’s about damn time the shit hit the roof, and when it does Sir, it won't be pretty, and it won't be quick. Mark my words.

Govt. employees to be exempt from probe. Wow, might as well offer them chauffeur driven cars and subsidy on their jobs!

I respect you for the position you're holding. I appreciate that at least in years, action is in place but my concern is clearly around the intent of this action and who it is actually against. The motives define the moves Mr. Prime Minister. Remember this. Remember, that even #Tuglaq thought he could turn the tides, sadly he fell flat on his face. Don't let this turn into a #monarchy if not pure #dictatorship.

Do what's needed, for the ones that need it.

Good luck. Peace!

A Common Man.
