G&G: A Game Changer
In an earlier piece, we explored how we are not mindful or aware of the nutritional qualities of our farm products, posing a hazard not only to ourselves but also to future generations. Neglecting required environmental upkeep will only make matters worse in the coming years. Aren't we seeing more new diseases and premature mortality among the young???
Currently it's a case of now or never. G&G has long supported conscientious efforts to care for our mother planet and its stewards-our farmers. Since the beginning of our journey, we have approached things differently. We are bridging the gap and making a major difference in the issues that have been discussed.?
We have developed a digital infrastructure that not only transforms farm into a smart farm – using IoT, Deep Learning using image processing tools, and blockchain enabled traceable value chain but also connect various stakeholders such as Farmers, Farmer Producer Organisations, Marketplace, Input Suppliers, Banks and Insurance Companies through a single ecosystem based tech platform “Upajguru”.
Let's embark on a journey of the Sustainable Agricultural movement, where nature's wisdom and human ingenuity unite.
1. Promoting Natural Farming:
Imagine the delight of knowing that your food is grown without the harsh grip of synthetic chemicals, and that each mouthful is a testament to your concern for the environment and your personal well-being. With each seed planted, you are planting the seeds of a greener, healthier future. We have been educating and encouraging our farmers to adopt more and more organic farming practices for a better tomorrow.
2. Training Programs: A Symphony of Learning: Digital and Physical Training?
Framers are now joining forces in a learning symphony, directed by the expertise of famous scientists. The fields become their classrooms, and each crop is a lesson. Training programmes provide not only knowledge, but also empowerment. In this process the farmers are hugely benefited and acquire required knowledge to focus on chemical-free crops and maintaining land quality. We have got a positive reaction to our training programmes which are held on a regular basis and are led by famous scientists and our team members. Our training programmes are also attended by our country's women farmers, and we have only seen joyful faces at the end of the day.
No journey is complete without a digital transformation, and our approach has been to develop a digital ecosystem and train the farmers to adopt the digital transformation with our change management approach.?
3. Soil Testing: Listening to the Earth's Whispers:
Organic farming begins with soil testing to listen to the earth's voice. The land, like our hearts, needs attention and care. Soil tests start a conversation with the earth, revealing its needs and secrets. We offer soil testing services at a low cost compared to the market rate, which discourages farmers from taking this vital test. More farms are signing up for soil testing with us. Based on the soil test data, we also provide appropriate remedies and corrective procedures with the ultimate goal of improving soil and crop quality. Every step we take to improve it is a pledge to future generations.
4. True Trace: Transparency in Every Bite:
Assume you're in the store, holding a gorgeous bunch of organic veggies. You take out your smartphone, scan the QR code, and there you have it - a wealth of nutritional information. This is the promise of transparency in every mouthful, made possible by the power of technology in organic farming.

You're not just purchasing food; you're also investing in your health and the future of agriculture. Each QR code represents a link to the farm and a tribute to the care that was put into your food.
5. Cold Storage and Transportation:?
Our organic produce, nurtured with love, deserves to reach your plate as fresh as the day it was harvested. Cold storage and efficient transportation are the backbone of this promise. We have an outstanding cold storage facility where we diligently store farm fresh products. We also have a large network of connections with transportation companies across the country, which aids in the timely disposal of items, preserving their freshness and quality.
6. Eliminating Intermediaries:
The organic revolution is about breaking down barriers, connecting farmers directly with the markets. It's a conscious effort where intermediaries have no role, a direct connection between the grower and the consumer. Our experience over the last few years has led to insights which help the farmers to find fair prices for their hard work and you find assurance in knowing where your food comes from.
7. The G&G Team: Guardians of Growth:
A dedicated team, passionate and knowledgeable, is the heartbeat of the organic movement. Our team provides best of the service to the farmers right from identifying the correct market to striking a correct price for their produce. When it comes to delivery, the team is ready to take any shape as the situation demands thus making the work environment fun and relaxed.? They are the unsung heroes who tirelessly work behind the scenes, ensuring every crop is a testament to excellence.
8. IoT Sensors: The Silent Guardians:
In the heart of every farm, IoT sensors stand guard, monitoring soil conditions, weather patterns, and irrigation needs. They are the silent protectors of the land, ensuring that every crop receives the precise care it deserves. With each organic harvest, you embrace a brighter, healthier future, one that's not just about the food you eat but the world you shape.
8. Deep Learning: Price Discovery and Quality Control:
A majority of value is lost due to poor quality management as well as oversupply of good produce to a wrong audience, using deep learning, the customer segmentation is matched with product differentiation and supply curve are matched with demand, so as to fetch the highest price. The machine learning algorithm helps to identify the quality parameters and match the demand clusters based on product quality differences. This increases the sustainable income curve to the farmers.?
