Getting your Yes!

This is a very simple mindset, wake up with 8 in mind..

It goes like this..

? Eyes open: Think of 8 things you’re grateful for nothing more nothing less. Most people can usually think of so many once you get the ball rolling!

Don’t go for the phone right away!

I know what you’re thinking….. “But… emails”

Trust me it is worth it to just kinda be…. Until the other work stuff comes rushing at you…

No electronics….

Just get this going…Your mind is a super computer 1000x


Starting your morning with activities other than immediately checking your phone or emails can set a positive tone for the day. Here are eight things you can do in the morning:

1. Meditate or Practice Mindfulness: Take a few minutes to clear your mind, focus on your breathing, and practice mindfulness to reduce stress and increase mental clarity.

2. Exercise: Engage in some form of physical activity, whether it's a quick workout, yoga, stretching, or a morning walk or run to boost your energy and improve your mood.

3. Healthy Breakfast: Prepare and enjoy a nutritious breakfast to fuel your body and mind for the day ahead. Avoid sugary or processed foods.

4. Set Goals and Priorities:Spend a few minutes outlining your goals and tasks for the day. This will help you stay organized and focused.

5. Read or Listen to Inspirational Content: Whether it's a book, podcast, or a motivational video, start your day with content that inspires and motivates you.

6. Gratitude Journaling: Write down things you're grateful for, which can help shift your mindset to a positive and thankful outlook.

7. Personal Development:*Invest in your personal growth by reading, learning, or practicing a new skill for a short period in the morning.

8. Quality Time with Loved Ones: If possible, spend some quality time with your family or loved ones. A brief morning conversation, hug, or breakfast together can strengthen your connections and provide a positive start to the day.

By incorporating these activities into your morning routine, you can promote a healthier and more productive day while reducing the immediate stress associated with digital devices and work-related tasks.

Have a wonderful Day moving forward! This will lead to more yeses! More yes for you and business, more yeses for how you feel towards personal things and work related things.

Getting these 8 things into a schedule will get you going.

The more yeses you create for yourself. The more yeses that come to you! Positive thinking, positive action turns into positive responses.

People can tell by your energy a lot of times whether or not you are comfortable or whether or not they should be engaging with you or not. It comes across very personal but it is what it is, the better attitude you set for the day the more you will get done and so on and so forth.


You can only do what you can do, or can this change?



I’ve incorporated this mindset into my morning routine and watched as so many things started to change, started to really feel great, feel different.

DON’T YOU WANT YOUR YES TO COME EASIER?

I know I do and it never felt like this at first, of course it feels a little silly and even sometimes pointless… don’t worry about that…?

It’s your body saying, “what are you doing? This is new….” that’s a really good thing.

And the more you commit to it the better it will feel and the better your results at the end of the day will be.

My thing is listening to music all day every single day. It’s a part of my day and gets the blood going.

But I always take the first hours of my day to appreciate, journal and set goals.

People always misunderstand me


And so this just was introduced to me in a conversation and I’ve heard about this from others and just was thinking.. I do something similar, so I decided to just get something down on paper to share…

I hope you stuck around and at least enjoyed going through that very short list of things that took my business to new levels, took my mindset and everything to new levels.

I can’t wait to see even more results with this in mind and while I am in this state of mind I can’t help but want to share it with you all.

Did you Wright this? That's a great read, and it works, starting my day with a prayer, asking my higher power to just help me with my day, with what ever that is, and thanking him or her, for all I have, and that I have a new day to do something about it, and my health to do it with, so anything that comes my way is icing on the cake, I stop having expectations, they set me up, just staying greatful for all I have, gives me a mindset, were I feel good about me, iam not keeping up with the trends, can't take it with you, best spending your limited time we have here making memories with the people that matter in your life, and remember that life's to be experienced, not a routine that's repeated daily till you die, that's not living, learn one thing new everyday, or try something new, add to your experiences, that's growth, life is all about growing, becoming stagnant Is the biggest waste of your life, learn how to live again, it's never to late, there is so much going on that we never see, we are so wrapped up in our daily struggle of self created problems the life passes us bye, and when your at that age where you have to slow down, it's nice to look back on all the things you did, with the ones who matter, time is priceless
