Hey there! The results are in: Oxford University Press has selected “rizz” as its 2023 Word of the Year. This shortened form of "charisma" refers to a person’s ability to attract others, especially romantically. Although you probably won’t be using it at work, the rise of rizz is a prime example of how quickly words are moving from internet culture to the mainstream.
