Getting to the why - Explained
Last week, I launched my blog called "Getting to the why". Through this collection of personal experiences, I want to help others understand the why behind their people, products, and customers.
It’s been nearly 14 years since Simon Sinek’s "Start With Why" video, and companies are still struggling to inspire people to work for them or to buy their products. I want to share the journey — and hear about yours — as to how my team and I get to the why.
People don’t get inspired by what we do or what we sell, they are inspired by what you believe in. People don’t download delivery apps because they are hungry, there's likely something in the fridge — they download apps because it makes their lives easier.
At UXCam, our customers and team’s why dictates the way we listen, lead, and build. We’re on a constant journey of growth and exploration together, which is why storytelling is important.
I welcome you to join me in this space, where you can freely pose questions, challenge opinions and start meaningful debates.
Now, let's get to the why!
