Many people begin to wonder what their life is all about as a result of the time lapse between successes.
The euphoria we feel after learning a valuable lesson, accomplishing a goal, or making a significant breakthrough is sometimes followed by a period of depression. We may feel unsure of ourselves and where we should go next in our lives during this transition period. During the time between great triumphs, many people begin to wonder what their lives are all about. These are common emotions that everyone experiences at some point in their lives. Humans are highly active organisms; we perform best when we are immersed in a project or actively pursuing a goal with zeal. There is, however, nothing inherently wrong with simply existing for a day, a week, or even a month without a purpose or making any decisions. It's fine to simply be. We are only a few steps away from embarking on our next journey of growth and discovery.

The calm rest that we find ourselves in between ideas, initiatives, and ambitions can make life seem bleak and unfulfilling. We may wish to move on to the next target as soon as you have completed the previous one. When we don't know what we're going to do next, we might feel frustrated, disconnected, or even mildly depressed. We can even interpret our lack of progress as an indication that we are about to enter a period of stagnation. Instead of dwelling on these troubling thoughts, try to remember that if our intention is personal growth, we will continue to grow as individuals whether or not we are working toward a specific goal. A cathartic experience, such as spending time immersed in life's rigors and joys, might give us with the time we need to think on what we have recently experienced and gently evaluate what we want to do next. Another idea is that simply being and going about our everyday lives helps us to reconnect with our priorities in a very natural and unforced way.
The attentive transitional pause can take many distinct forms. Certain people may benefit from some reflection in order to have a better insight of their own life. Others may go through an adjustment period in which new values based on recent changes are assimilated into their daily lives. The fact that we are not moving swiftly toward our goal does not mean that we have fully lost motivation to keep going. We may use the time between journeys to recuperate and prepare for the path that will be revealed soon.
