"You should optimize your website so that it is mobile capable. Seventy-five percent of the searches done today over the internet are done using a mobile device. Be it an iPhone, an iPad, what have you and optimizing it so that it is best viewed in that arena, will help you tremendously. Most of my clients now are optimized, and have in fact, developed a mobile app for their business. They use the mobile app technology because it provides access to their clients. In doing so, you can track a lot of what your clients are doing, what the users or sometimes your employees are doing, but you have to do so in a legal way, and that really is, kind of, the heart of it. You have got to tell them what you are doing."
