What triggered this post:

(a) Last newsletter poll results - where I requested next post options - though I must say the engagement was quite low (vs expected given the # of subscribers).

(b) had a couple of recent conversations with people from different fields both young, mid career and people like myself transitioning roles b/w IT and OT and grads that are trying to enter the field (this includes some friends who wanted me to have a chat with their young grads to seek advice).

Let's get excited!

Let's get all the newbees, the pros and the expert oldees get excited - wanting to explore and or pivot to cybersecurity as a career.

Like watching your favorite cartoons or shows while growing up, movies / shows have impact on people growing up - they get you hooked - an immersive experience - is what excites us all.

Fun fact: Did you know that the first movie relevant to this topic was dated as back as 1956? and there's such a book about list of hacker movies? :-0
