Why is it so important to get a survey on the property you’re purchasing? There are four key reasons to do so, which I’ll discuss today. For one, it helps check your property for encroachments. Several years ago, I had a beautiful home for sale that backed up to a golf course. When the buyer surveyed the property, they found an issue that took thousands of dollars to solve.
