Getting people on board
How do you go about getting people on board?
How do you convince them to follow?
How do you change their opinions?
How do you change their behaviors?
Do you tell them they are wrong?
Many have tried this and succeeded.

Changing the position of a person is hard.
Telling them they are wrong does not work.
