Getting over what other people THINK.

Not caring about what other people think is one of the best choices you can make for yourself. Opinions are like raindrops and if you don't have that sturdy umbrella mindset they are sure to drench your motivation. How do you not let it affect you though? How do you become a shield for the arrows instead of a bullseye?

We all have moments when we're feeling on top of the world and moments where we want to crawl under a rock due to life events, circumstances, or the occasional mood swing of a negative co-worker. How do we keep that happy go-getter bubble around us and not let those vulnerable moments swallow us up? I don't have the perfect answer but I do know that it's important to remember:

It's not where you start in life, it's where you end up. Don't let anyone block your path, they have their own road to pave and have no business getting in your way.

People will hate you, rate you, and break you but how strong you stand is what MAKES YOU.

You never really know yourself until you see yourself under pressure. Pay attention. Grow from it.

Prove yourself to yourself, not others.

Refuse to see yourself through the eyes of people that do not value what you're trying to accomplish. Keep your dreams alive. Get rid of those who doubt you.

Put yourself at the top of your to-do list everyday, the rest will fall into place.

Confident people don't worry about who will like them. Confident people know they'll be just fine whether people like them or not.

Life is too short to be waiting for everyone's approval on how you should live it.

Stay true to YOURSELF. That person looking back at you in the mirror? That's your #1, your only, your main focus. Make that person proud. The decisions you make become the life you create. You owe it to yourself to be the best you can be. Keep your vision CLEAR, your thoughts LOUD, and your determination STRONG. The rest is just white noise.
