Today’s message is something you’ve probably heard or felt before - but hopefully you look at with a different perspective after today.?That is one of the benefits of reading this newsletter.
Try to remember the last time you thought to yourself…
“I’m stuck and I don’t know why.”
Could have been last month, heck could have been this morning. But we all get stuck.?
?This could be your career or your personal situation or a combination of both.
Maybe you’ve been making some sales in your business but you’ve hit a wall and can’t seem to scale.
?Maybe the promotion that you expected didn't materialise as you wanted.
Maybe your relationship isn’t as fun or fulfilling as it used to be even though there isn’t anything technically “wrong.”
?Maybe your your energy levels are low and you can't seem to find the extra boost that is needed for you to take all the actions today that matter the most and these non actions are stacking up one on top of another.
Maybe you wake up every day and feel like you were meant to do something else with your life, but you don’t know what that “something” is.?
It’s really frustrating because you can feel in your gut that something’s off, something’s wrong…
?This frustration continues to build up...
But you don’t know WHAT.
?It's all kind of mixed up and confused in your mind...
And if you don’t know what’s causing the issue in the first place… how can you get started on fixing it???
Then we get confused, overwhelmed and uncertain…?
That's when we end up taking no action at all.?

And we can go years, sometimes even a lifetime living in that cycle.?
?That is not a good place to be, seriously.
I know that sounds kinda sad haha but here’s the good news:
That doesn't have to be YOUR story.
There’s 3 things you can do right now to get back in control and start solving the problem that’s keeping you stuck.?
?
#1: Start saying yes… even if your first instinct is no
If you keep doing the same thing, you’re gonna keep getting the same result. So if something’s not working in your life, your career or your relationship, you have to go outside your comfort zone and try something NEW (even if it doesn’t feel natural).
?
#2: Focus on progress over perfection
So many times we think that if something’s meant for us, it will come easily. I wish that were the case but even the pros have to practice. No one gets everything the first time around. So be okay with making progress that might come slower than you want. That’s how you get from where you are, to where you want to go.?
?
#3: Get to know yourself on a deeper level
If you understand yourself better than anyone or anything, you’ll have a much easier time pinpointing what’s throwing you off balance. So spend some time really evaluating yourself, your goals, your values and your needs. It will require you to slow down and be present… but trust me it’s sooo worth it.?
Remember that the worst thing you can do is sit there and overthink it all. You must take some actions, if you don't know what that is, just pick one and get moving... maybe it's a phone call, an email, a DM, a walk, cooking etc. Just get moving so that your mind kicks into action and you're in an action mode.
Here's to your ongoing success.
