If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.?How is your year going? Great I hope. Today’s blog is about getting NEW BUSINESS for YOUR BUSINESS. As I see it there are just a few ways of getting NEW business.?
First on the list is paid advertising. You can advertise in print, radio, television, the internet, flyers, promotional products, etc. All of them work and all cost money. Or, you can work on recommendations from your present clients and add to this, NETWORKING.?
On one end of the scale, you can pay for NEW business (paid advertising), or on the other end, you can use your time to NETWORK. If you think about it, getting satisfied clients to recommend you or a fellow member of your NETWORKING group is pretty much the same thing; one person telling a friend about you and your product or service.?
I realize Time is Money, however, would you rather present your product or service to a person with an introduction from a friend or take a cold response from your paid advertising? My choice is the recommendation, but that’s me.?
